Evon Davis, Director of Education
Evon graduated cum laude from the University of Denver in 1993 with a degree in political science and economics and minor studies in history and international affairs. Her dream was to make a significant contribution to the economic well-being of the human population. She continued her education through the Graduate School of International Studies at D.U. with an emphasis on economics, environmental studies, and law.
Her career in law began in 1997. Upon graduating from a paralegal certification program, she began working as a patent paralegal for a prestigious, nation-wide law firm. However, the events of September 11th led her to seriously re-evaluate and question the path she was on.
Recognizing the imperative of shifting to sustainable energy, she educated herself on the current energy crisis and how we might begin to resolve this issue through education, innovation, and the pioneering entrepreneurial spirit that has always been a strong part of the American culture.
