John R. Collins, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Enduring Energy, Mr. Collins spent over 22 years with Constellation Energy Group, Inc. and Baltimore Gas and Electric Company where he retired as Senior Vice President of Integration. As SVP, Collins oversaw the sale, closing and integration of a 49.99% ownership interest in Constellation Nuclear Energy to EDF and the sale of Constellation Energy's 50% ownership in Unistar Nuclear Energy to EDF. From May 2007 to October 2008, Mr. Collins served as the Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Energy where he led all financial activities of the Company.

In 1997, Mr. Collins was named Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Commodities Group, where he was responsible for all financial matters, including business planning, financial analysis, capital management risk control and credit. In December 2001, Mr. Collins was named Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Constellation Energy, and became Senior Vice President in 2004.

In 2005, he was named Chairman of the Committee of Chief Risk Officers, a group which has defined energy risk management best practices and of which Mr. Collins is a founding member. Mr. Collins is currently Chairman of the Board of Managers of Constellation Energy Partners, LLC, a publicly-traded company focused on the exploration and production of natural gas and oil in the United States, and Board member and Chair of the finance committee for Roland Park Place, a senior living retirement community. He is a past board member of Special Olympics Maryland and is a member of the Board of Visitors to the Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware.

Mr. Collins received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and his M.B.A from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz School of Business.
